If available, please bring a hot water bottle and an enema kit. Alternatively, you can borrow a hot water bottle for a deposit of €10 (approx. UK £9 / USD $11), or purchase an enema kit for €15 (approx. UK £13 / USD $16) on site.

The fasting program can be booked for a maximum of 14 days, and you can also book additional extension nights without treatments and with half board.

An imbalance in the body's acid-base balance is often the cause of discomfort. A balance between acids and bases is essential for normal metabolism. Our metabolism requires a sufficient supply of minerals to neutralise acids. Deposited acids in the connective tissue can be detected with an electronic resistance measurement, the Prefit Body Scan.

At the Bio & Wellness Hotel Alpenblick in Höchenschwand, enjoyable slimming is a reality! The principle is straightforward. You'll be served up to four-course menus rich in protein and valuable plant oils, while carbohydrates and sides such as pasta, potatoes, or bread are omitted. Instead, enjoy vegetables, salads, meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. After 2 to 3 days, your metabolism adjusts, producing energy from fat metabolism for your daily needs, provided you strictly adhere to the served menus and avoid snacking on sweets. Carbohydrates are not essential, meaning they are not vital for life. One gram of carbohydrates per kilo of body weight is allowed but is already present in vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and protein bread. The alkaline powder for morning and evening is crucial for your acid-base balance, as people with high acidity levels cannot lose weight. Our tip: Participate diligently in the activity programme and continue it at home!Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
