The Balance has been built upon this philosophy in architecture, design, nutrition, wellness treatments, and lifestyle. Each of the four elements is dedicated to colour, shape, material, and taste according to traditional European medicine. Lake Wörthersee, known for its crystal-clear water, offers numerous water sports opportunities and invites you to swim, sail, or stand-up paddle. Additionally, you will find new relaxation rooms and 8 different saunas (e.g., herbal sauna/Celtic herbal bath, Roman stone sauna, sensorial garden sauna) and a mineral mud steam bath, including an outdoor wellness zone with an event outdoor sauna with guided infusions and a snow grotto, two private SPAs, and a fitness area. The 23-metre long swimming pool offers nearly Olympic dimensions and is complemented by cosy lounging areas indoors and outdoors. The suites and rooms are designed with a focus on warm colours and timeless elegance. Various local woods for the furniture, specially woven carpets, and decorations highlight the four elements. The hotel offers a unique service in all rooms and suites: guests can choose from three different types of pillows, a cosy bathrobe and sauna towels await you in the room, and on the day of arrival and departure, you can use the 3,000 sqm Elements SPA for an additional charge earlier (on arrival) or longer (on departure). Additionally, there is an option for a late breakfast until 1 p.m. (upon request).
