The fasting program can be booked for a maximum of 14 days, and you can also book additional extension nights without treatments and with half board.

An imbalance in the body's acid-base balance is often the cause of discomfort. A balance between acids and bases is necessary for normal metabolism. At the Bio- & Wellnesshotel Alpenblick in Höchenschwand, enjoyable slimming is a reality! The principle is simple. You are served up to four-course menus rich in protein and valuable plant oils. Carbohydrates and sides like pasta, potatoes, or bread are omitted. Instead, enjoy vegetables, salads, meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. After 2 to 3 days, your metabolism adjusts and produces energy from fat metabolism for daily needs, provided you strictly adhere to the served menus and avoid snacking on sweets. Carbohydrates are not essential, meaning they are not vital. One gram of carbohydrates per kilo of body weight is allowed, but already included in vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and protein bread. The alkaline powder for morning and evening is very important for your acid-base balance, as overly acidic people cannot lose weight. Our tip: Consistently participate in the active programme and continue it at home!Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
