Very clean throughout the hotel. Modern furnishings. I had a large room facing the side street with big old trees. 50 meters and you were on the beach promenade with lots of seating, small stalls with souvenirs, food or drinks.

The staff of the entire hotel, no matter where you were, whether at the reception, in the spa, in the restaurant and the cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful.

The doctor's consultation was nothing, rather zero stars. Took 5 minutes.... where does it hurt? Yes, I write them down, the dad and the... Done. There was a leaflet in the room saying that a doctor's consultation costs 200 zloty. That's about 50 euros. Does the doctor have an hourly wage of 600 euros or what? My treatments were every day at 4 pm, 4 days a week. This means that if I was entitled to 4 treatments a day according to my booked trip, I got 5 treatments a day. These were completed within 50 minutes. I wonder if that's how it's meant to be on a spa trip? The 5th treatment I received daily was a mud pack, which I had been prescribed anyway, and which was also put on my back. In other words, one mud pack was on the shoulder area, the other on the lower back = 2 treatments.

You could have breakfast until 11am. That was great for late risers. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. I am an omnivore and was therefore able to enjoy the variety of food. Everything I tried tasted very good. There were no empty plates, bowls or pots... Everything was available untilx11 o'clock. There was a kettle in the room with a small selection of tea and instant coffee and 2 x 500 ml bottles of water per person, still and sparkling, free of charge. When the bottles were empty, you were given new ones in your room. There were also several water dispensers in the hotel where you could help yourself free of charge.

There was no therapeutic spa department or spa garden. There was a spa area and a pool area with sauna. Very clean and tidy, as in the entire hotel. The spa area, where the treatments took place, was functionally furnished. Sometimes with and sometimes without relaxing music in the background. The pool area looked bleak with a view of bare concrete walls, without a plant. The sauna cabin was also right in the pool area.

Very helpful support from the staff (kitchen and service) regarding intolerances such as gluten

Only 2x15 minutes of manual therapy for one week of intensive treatment, otherwise the application of mud packs and operation of devices such as red light, laser and magnetic field therapy, which seems rather arbitrary and not very specific (watering can principle). I booked 2x excellent massages outside.

Saunas much smaller than the pictures suggest, little steam in the steam sauna, noisy ambience (pool)
