The main building, named Bogenvillya, houses 3 rooms, terraces, a loggia, and a salon with a library. Additional standard rooms are spread across the Araliya bungalow amidst palms and Aralya trees and the Lagoon bungalow directly by the lagoon with three simple, transparent accommodation units made of iron, wood, and glass. Each room is equipped with a shower, toilet, Wi-Fi, fan, mosquito net, and its own lounging area. SGLs are DBLs for single use.

The individually designed Superior rooms are distributed across the single-storey bungalow next to the main building with a spacious bedroom on the first floor and a ground-level living or sleeping area as well as a private courtyard, the Araliya bungalow amidst palms and Aralya trees, and the Lagoon bungalow directly by the lagoon with three simple, transparent accommodation units made of iron, wood, and glass. Each room is equipped with a shower, toilet, Wi-Fi, fan, mosquito net, and its own lounging area.

The Gardenloft encompasses an extremely generous space (approx. 140 sqm) with comfortably furnished, open living areas. The expansive terrace with direct access to the palm garden invites you to linger. The Gardenloft is equipped with a shower, toilet, Wi-Fi, fan, mosquito net, and its own terrace.

To reach the Palm Grove bungalow, one crosses a small bridge over the lagoon that runs through the Bogenvillya complex. Following the designs of architect Carl Pruscha, two spacious, transparent accommodation units were created with partially covered terraces as well as direct access to the garden and sea. From the bungalow, one enjoys a beautiful view of the flora and fauna. The accommodation units are equipped with a shower, toilet, Wi-Fi, fan, mosquito net, and their own terrace.

The construction of the House Above Trees (HAT) is inspired by the Buddhist temple architecture of the late Middle Ages, also called "Tampitaviharas". "Tampita" translates to "raised on pillars" and, quite literally, the bungalows float 6 meters high on steel supports above the mangroves. An external staircase leads to the spacious terrace of the bungalows with an unobstructed view of the sea. The bungalows (approx. 40 sqm), flooded with air and light through several sliding glass elements, are built from local teak wood and are equipped with a bathroom, separate sleeping and living areas, as well as fans.
