The Ayurveda Center, blending modern design with traditional elements, is an oasis of calm and relaxation. Guests have the opportunity to receive a personalised treatment plan from a highly qualified team of Ayurvedic doctors and therapists. All Ayurveda treatments are based on the proven principles of proper examination and assessments: Darshana – inspection and observation, Sparshana – palpation, percussion, auscultation, and Prashna – questioning of the health status with a focus on one's lifestyle, diet, habits, and environment. Based on these results, the Ayurveda specialist determines the individual treatment concept. Treatments include, for example, Panchakarma treatments, rejuvenating Rasayana therapy, stress management techniques, lifestyle advice, as well as classic massages, foot massage, medicinal steam bath, facial packs, and much more. The thatched yoga hall (about 4306 sq ft) is flooded with natural light and is an ideal place for yoga and meditation.
