The early morning group yoga classes are held on the beach (advance registration on site is requested). They stimulate the mind and nourish the soul. The classes are led by trained instructors and can be adapted to your level. Enjoy the rising sun and feel the vitality carry you through the day.

At the beach, a variety of leisure activities are available, such as horse riding and kitesurfing (for a fee). An 18-hole golf course is located about 7 km away. The area also offers various attractions, including the 'Sam Phan Nam' floating market, the night market, Wat Kao Takio Monkey Hill, several Buddhist temples, and much more.
